The math is straightforward; the discipline to invest the setup time is where many people stall.

Start with one workflow
Don’t try to build five workflows this week. Build one. Run the 20-minute audit, identify the single most repetitive task, and build just Layer 1 and Layer 2 for that task. Get capture and processing right before worrying about routing and review. Once that’s stable, add the remaining layers and then build the second workflow.
The professionals getting the most from AI automation tend to be ruthlessly specific about what they’re automating and why; they take the time to understand what a complete workflow actually looks like; and they accept setup cost as part of the deal.
